There are very few holdouts remaining in the world of iTunes, as bands have realized the potential money that can be made by offering your music on the service. Which is why it's sort of remarkable that a band as popular as Aerosmith (and as famously money hungry) has just gotten around to adding their catalog to iTunes. Seriously, Aerosmith is finally hitting iTunes in September, a band that no one was even aware was holding out from iTunes. How come no one ever mentioned Aerosmith as an iTunes holdout? I was not aware that they were. But the band has reached a deal that will bring their albums from 1973 to 1987 to the service, and it will be pretty lucrative, apparently.
