Activision Files Countersuit Against No Doubt

Activision has finally started fighting back against bands that have been complaining about their avatars in Band Hero: The video-game company has launched a countersuit against No Doubt, claiming that the band knew that Gwen Stefani's avatar would be completely unlockable, and that the band failed to promote the game as was stipulated in their contract. It looks like this will play out in court; it seems unlikely that Activision wouldn't have made it clear that the avatars could sing all the songs. [Spinner]
