During the offseason, while Packers fans reveled in post Super Bowl glory, quarterback/Jesus incarnate Aaron Rodgers announced plans to launch a record label, and it's called suspended sunrise. As a Packer fan, this news was something you sort of ignored, because, I mean, at least he's not showing his dong to cheerleaders like our last quarterback.
But apparently the label is no vanity project: It's rolling, as one of Rodgers' signees, the Make, have been touring heavily and Rodgers has been hiring people like the bassist of Sugar Ray as an operations manager. Seriously, the best quarterback on Earth (ever?) is spending his off hours running a label with the bassist of Sugar Ray. Read about the current state of his label at the Wausau Daily Herald.
