Aphex Twin, Goldfrapp, Kate Nash, Serj Tankian, Redd Kross, and Adele have been added to the lineup for the 2008 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, set for April 25-27 at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, California. The artists join previously announced acts including Roger Waters, My Morning Jacket, the Verve, and Death Cab for Cutie. Tickets are for sale; a one-day ticket costs $90, or buy a three-day for the megasaver rate of $269 (do something special with that dollar you saved).

In related news, Coachella’s sister festival on the East Coast will be standing pat with its announced lineup. Goldenvoice president Paul Tollett has said that the All Points West Music Festival, set for August 8-10 at Liberty State Park, will remain slightly smaller than Coachella and not add any more artists.
