$56,000 Turntable boasts 4 tone arms

Recently, Highwater Sound introduced its brand new "revolutionary" 4 tone-arm turntable at the highly reasonable cost of 56k. Unlike your average direct-drive table, this table contains 3 motors built around a TW-Acoustic Raven AC. Granted, TW Acoustic has always been known for making one of the most durable, superior sounding tables on the planet , the 4 arm concept is a little bit beyond necessary. The arms are used to compensate for the angular speeds changing as the record gets closer to the center of the record. The stock market went up 900 points today -- maybe you can bring home the bacon and a 4 arm turntable to blow your family's mind. Careful though, you might get divorce papers in return. [Gizmodo]
