We know most old people don’t like hip-hop. However, to dismiss the art form that’s made your grandson a multi-millionaire isn’t that a bit silly? In the case of 50 Cent, it’s the truth.
In the second part of his interview with Oprah Winfrey (who the rapper recently buried a longstanding feud with the media maven), 50’s grandmother, Beulah Jackson, who raised the rapper said during the interview that she only buys his albums to help his sales, but doesn’t listen to the music nor does she attend his live shows.
Other grandparents could lie and say that they love everything their grandchildren do, but props to Beulah Jackson for keeping it real. Watch the video below:
