50 Cent sues Taco Bell over endorsement

It seems 50 Cent no queire Taco Bell—but does want its money for copyright infringement. The rapper is suing Taco Bell for using his image to promote their food without his approval. Apparently, a guerilla marketing campaign used his name, persona, and trademark to promote their food without having 50 Cent sign off on it. Fiddy, a.k.a. Curtis Jackson, said the campaign was "diluting the value of his good name," or whatever value was left of it.

Says a Taco Bell spokesman: "We made a good faith, charitable offer to 50 Cent to change his name to either 79, 89, or 99 Cent for one day by rapping his order at a Taco Bell, and we would have been very pleased to make the $10,000 donation to the charity of his choice." You fools! Not can you not change Fiddy's name, but with the weakening American dollar, he's more likely to be called 25-cent or 10-cent at this point. It's all about the Roosevelts, baby!

Fiddy's value is definitely down after the lackluster sales of the last G-Unit album T.O.S.
