50 Cent claims Lil' Wayne bit "Lollipop" from him

Even though "Lollipop" has been out since last March and has dominated most of the trunks rattling on streets for an entire summer, 50 Cent is finally getting around to complaining that Lil Wayne bit on his 2005 single "Candy Shop" for the "Pop"'s "lick lick lick" vocal hook. 50 was mum on whether he's also planning on complaining about D4L's 2006 hit "Laffy Taffy," since its central conceit also compares candy to, uh, candy.

When he isn't citing confectionary differences with other rappers, 50 Cent is busy talking up his upcoming record, Before I Self-Destruct. “[Other rappers] can take what I’ve done for the last five years and do their version of it and be successful with momentum,” he tells the magazine. “Meanwhile, I have to reinvent the wheel.” [Rolling Stone]

@loftusj: i'm not sure what it would look like but the specs would be that it always rolls deep in the club with a runflat system that could work even after being shot 9 times

As for Wayne, he my strip sum artist of their music but he delivers hits ten fold and 50 will never flow like Wayne yah dig. 50 is better and he has proved it in his first two albums, but he doesnt try anymore abit like eminem, i think its lil wayne's era but that guy has got to stop making a track with every single artist out there, he's an "industry whore", c'mon man have a little dignity, he first beefs with Jay-Z then he makes a track with him, i liked the track by the way but that is not the point. The most annoying thing has got to be the his remixes, STOPPP!!!!

Everybody should just stop hatin on 50 he makin more paper than weezy and I do think that lollipop was bitten.I dont even like lolipop i only like the remix.Frankly I think Candy Shop is much more of a Hit.Bye Haterz
