2 Live Crew back? Yep, it appears that the Miami-based, sexed-up hip-hop group has reunited for the first time in 14 years, according to Rolling Stone. They got back together in various forms throughout the 1990s and even in the 2000s, though none of those were full group reunions. This one is, though, as Luther Campbell, aka Uncle Luke, announced the news at this year's Sundance Film Festival during a screening of his documentary, The Life and Freaky Times of Uncle Luke. He said it should be a "blast" to get everyone practicing for shows again before adding the following comment:
"We're going to perform the songs and everybody's going to be excited. Some of the older people of our generation will be able to tell their kids, 'You're staying home tonight, we're going to see 2 Live Crew and shake our booty!"
