The lyrics to Notorious BIG's classic "10 Crack Commandments" have been turned inscribed on two marble tablets in emulation of the biblical 10 Commandments by subversive artists Swyndle & Hawks. While their stated manifesto is to "acquire icons" only to "degenerate them from their exaggeration and leave them to their insignificance," this particular piece seems more like a testament to the late rapper than a take-down.
Commandments include "Never let no one know how much dough you hold," "Never let 'em know your next move," and "Never trust nobody." Seems like perfectly sound advice. [Village Voice]
