Being alone is contrasted against the need to create beauty in Jesse Boykins III‘s song “Zoner.” While out in Berlin on his European tour, Jay Woo shot Boykins’ visual treatment for the track. Not only is the song itself under three minutes, but the video is captured in blur and quick cutaways, the combination of which leaves you feeling kind of drained. It’s an odd energy that’s depicted–one that pulls from you and asks you to give. According to the video’s YouTube description, a “Zoner” is when these two conflicting energies interact.
