Director Andrew de Freitas' video for Young Magic's latest single, "Night in the Ocean," isn't exactly the easiest thing to explain. At first, it looks like a collection of found footage showcasing various shots of the water and, um, a violin? Then you see a couple intimately drawing shapes on each other, which is followed by someone shooting bullets into the violin and a clock. I don't get it, but the song itself is so goddamn good (and noisy!) that it doesn't really matter. You can watch the video below. Young Magic's debut, Melt, drops Feb. 14 on Carpark.
