“Young And Lovely” F. Zac Pennington And Soko (Video) (Prefix Premiere)

There’s a rather cinematic new music video out today from Jherek Bischoff of the Dead Science and Parenthetical Girls. The gorgeous Michael McQuilken-directed clip follows a couple through their dreamy, lens flare-filled romance. The track itself holds much of the same sweeping, majestic, vaguely French beauty as the video. It’s called “Young and Lovely” and it features guest spots from fellow Parenthetical Girls member Zac Pennington and French songstress Soko.

“Young and Lovely” appears on Bischoff’s forthcoming full-length, Composed, which is due out on June 5 via Brassland and on May 28 in the UK and Europe via The Leaf Label. Composed is also set to include guest appearances from the likes of David Byrne, Wilco’s Nels Cline, Caetano Veloso, Deerhoof’s Greg Saunier and Shudder to Think’s Craig Wedren. Take a look at the “Young and Lovely” video and the Composed track list below.
