Yeah Yeah Yeahs' "Zero" establishes the disco-fied atmosphere for the rest of the band's third album, It's Blitz, as Karen O. sings about being yourself at all costs, even if that means dancing like a fool and dressing in leather. Karen does just that in "Zero"'s video--the clip begins with the band getting ready for a show (Nick Zinner reads a flying saucer magazine), but when the curtains are pushed aside, Karen is just walking down a street by herself, and proceeds to dance around New York. The band makes an appearance in an alley later, and then help Karen cut loose on a shopping cart and in a music store.
It's Blitz is out tomorrow digitally, and in stores on March 31. You can stream the album right now at the band's MySpace. [Spinner]
