Wyclef Jean: "Hold On" f. Mavado (Video)

As the most famous from person from Haiti, Wyclef has been amongst the most vocal of stars calling for your money to help Haiti. Clef recently cut a video for "Hold On," a new song he wrote in between today and the earthquake in his homeland. The video is way heavy on rain-fueled contemplation, but Clef is clearly trying to work hard to get Americans to care about Haiti. Which is as noble as noble gets right now. [Nahright]
