Up and coming psych-rockers Woods took over Brooklyn's Market Hotel in February and Pitchfork TV was there to capture their set for Pitchfork Live. The band's lead singer, Jeremy Earl's voice is a high pitched croon, and one of his band members shrieks into a set of headphones, so you know you're messing with some pretty unique stuff here.
The band mostly played tracks from their current album, Songs of Shame, which is out now on Woodist, a label that released the first works from Crystal Stilts and Vivian Girls. "Death Rattles" is above, and "To Clean," "The Hold," (Untitled), "Twisted Tongue," "Military Madness," and "V.F.W." follow in order below.
