Woods: "Give Your Light Off"
Lo-fi Brooklynites Woods dropped their latest album Bend Beyond this week on Woodsist, along with a spooky B-side off their “Cali In A Cup” single titled “Give Your Light Off.” The song layers languid acoustic guitar strums and eerie atmospheric noise, but never breaks the hymn-like chant at its foundation. “Give Your Light Off” deviates slightly from the band's latest work, showcasing a darker, more psychedelic Woods not present on the album.
