Judging by my highly scientific metric of knowing that my neighbors play it really loud during the day, Wiz Khalifa's "Roll Up" is starting to become a hit, which is why he opted to perform that song on Letterman last night instead of "Black and Yellow." Wiz still has a long way to go before he's a good performer: He lacks the magnetism that would make a live rap performance on TV riveting, that is, unless you get a kick out of watching three guys do a totally cheeseball "rap" single on TV, essentially doing the song to an MP3. Then this is probably the best.
