Wiz Khalifa: "Fly You" & "G Shyt"
In his review of Wiz Khalifa's Rolling Papers, fellow Prefix writer Wilson McBee noted that Khalifa "just raps about cars, girls and weed over slick, pulsing production, and the people are going crazy for it." Pretty much. And that's coming from someone who has tried repeated times but simply cannot get into the dude's music. That being said, I can admit that these two Rolling Papers leftovers are pretty damn solid for tracks that weren't good enough for placement on there. Both "Fly You" and "G Shyt" were produced by Drumma Boy, whose guitar-led beats sound great behind Khalifa's sing-songing raps.
