Brit rockers Wild Beasts will release their third album on Domino in May, which is titled Smother. “Albatross” has already been prepping people for what to expect from that record, and now the track comes with this accompanying video, which was directed by David Ma and matches a series of images of the band performing the song to a dancer who interprets it through her moves. It’s a slow-burn track that contains yet more post-Coldplay style emoting—clearly the rush to capitalize on the popularity of Chris Martin’s band isn’t over just yet.
What a f*cking awful review
