White Rabbits: "Percussion Gun" (MP3)

"Percussion Gun" is an ample name for this new White Rabbits track--it's got drums to spare with rattling percussion leading the song's sauntering rhythmic thrust. The song is the first track on White Rabbits' sophomore album, It's Frightening , which was produced by Spoon's Britt Daniel. Daniel's light touch is pretty present on "Percussion Gun," as he moves the vocals front and center above the din of the song's drums and bass.

It's Frightening, the follow up to the band's excellent debut, Fort Nightly , is due out on May 19 via TBD.
