As a 13-year-old, I'd be freaking out right now. Weird Al has a new video out for his second rushed single "Craigslist," a spot-on Doors parody about people selling trash cans of packing peanuts for free on the website. The Craigslist jokes are about four years too late (people use it to murder people now Al), but the Doors parody nails Jim Morrison's throaty whining, the stupid psychedelic imagery that the Doors always presented, and musically, you could drop this on a Doors album and no one would have a clue. Sure, doing a Doors parody is about 40 years too late too, but who's Al going to do a send-up of these days?
"Craigslist" is out now on iTunes.
