So far, the tracks from Weezer's upcoming seventh album (due out on Oct. 27) have sounded like Bowling for Soup, which as you can probably surmise, is really awful. But, surprisingly, the set's first single, "(If You Are Wondering If I Want You To) I Want You To" isn't as bad: it sounds like Weezer circa Maladroit, which at this point is way better than the alternative.
