Watching this video is exhausting. Nathan Williams, the frontman for Wavves, has been pairing up with Hella's drummer Zach Hill and "Hula Hoop" is the second song to be made available from this collaboration. The two were playing at Morin Studios in Sacramento and the high-energy song appears to have taken even more energy to play than it sounds like, and it's all done in a space that looks as hot as my apartment. According to Williams, "Hula Hoop" "WILL be on the next record." Don't worry about spoiling the album, though; eventually it "will be pretty different." Hopefully not too much.
