Wale: "That Way" f. Rick Ross & Jeremih (prod. Lex Luger)
Well, it would appear that Maybach Music Group's first compilation, Self Made, has officially leaked to the web in its entirety. So it's likely that this track, "That Way," will be the last we post on here unless someone unearths a hidden gem on the project. From what I have read, though, "That Way" is that hidden gem. It not only displays a different sound from every other track we have heard, but it's also just a damn good cut. Backed by a smooth, soulful Lex Luger beat, Wale leads the relationship-centric track before Rick Ross makes an appropriately gruff appearance in the third act. It's aggravating to know that this is the only cut on Self Made of its kind, but at least it shows that the MMG roster hasn't entirely lost its way.
