"Chillin," the first single from Wale's major label debut, Attention Deficit, was a standard, this is my hometown type of debut boast, with Wale trying to make sure everyone knows he's repping D.C. The second single from the album, "Pretty Girls," is for the ladies; it's a handclap-heavy banger with soulful singing that Wale dedicates to pretty girls (uglies need not clap). Dude has some range.
