Wale: "Pretty Girls" (Live on Kimmel) (Video)

Wale is still doing the promotional rounds for Attention Defecit, and showed up on Jimmy Kimmel’s show last night (Feb. 19) to perform this version of “Pretty Girls.” It’s unlikely that the bookers at Kimmel's show were aware of the controversy surrounding the racial makeup of the participants in this clip—Wale performs to an almost exclusively white audience here.

Gucci Mane doesn’t feature of course, although it doesn’t seem like Wale needs his help, as Attention Deficit has already scaled the heady heights of the U.S. Rap and R&B charts, and made a decent showing in the Billboard 200. Check out the old dude standing in the audience, whose shiny bald patch makes a number of unfortunate appearances here. Perhaps he should start an Internet campaign of his own?
