Vikter Duplaix: "Morning Fun" f. Common
The latest* track from Vikter Duplaix finds the Philadelphia-based singer/multi-instrumentalist linking with Common for something smooth 'n' sexy. You know, one of those tracks Com used to make before he essentially let it all hang out on the terribly boring Universal Mind Control. Over Duplaix's bouncy rhythms, though, the Chicago rapper sounds much more comfortable and in the zone, rather than awkward and contrived. It makes for a relaxing listen that's perfect for when you're thinking about that special someone on this hump day.
