Venice Is Sinking: "Ryan's Song" (Video)

This clip for Venice Is Sinking's "Ryan's Song" is a pretty interesting video. It seems simple enough, with the band members packed away in boxes like props at the video's start. Then, slowly, a crew unpacks them. Too slowly, in fact, since by the time the band is ready to play the song it has ended. It's an interesting take on the performance video, since, well, we never quite get to see them perform. Luckily, you won't feel too let down since the song you never see them play is quite good. The gauzy haze is beefed up by the steady drums, and Daniel Lawson and Karolyn Troupe harmonize flawlessly throughout.
