Vega: "Well Known Pleasures" (MP3)

"Well Known Pleasures" is a french-house affected skating rink anthem that feels like driving into the city. This gem is from Vega, the project from Alan Palomo, formerly of Ghosthustler. I'm not sure about Palomo's work with Ghosthustler, but Vega seems dedicated to eyes-glazed-over adolescent wonders, with promises like, "We can do the things that we'd like to/in the freezing tide/till it's all used up." This track demands a convertible or cosmic skate, nothing else will suffice. Vega's debut EP is due out sometime this year. [GVSB]
