Vampire Weekend soundtrack the trippiest tennis match of all time in the video for their "Giving Up the Gun," which sees a woman playing tennis against a giant woman, twins, a samurai, a drinking Jake Gyllenhaal and Joe Jonas while RZA acts as line judge. It's a pretty crazy clip, that only gets dreamier when RZA starts mouthing the lyrics and the woman starts playing three versions of herself. Then Lil Jon shows up as her coach, and this thing basically implodes on its own goofiness. It's memorable at least, and its celebrity cameos bring to mind the kind of jokey videos from the '80s.
Vampire Weekend's Contra is out now. [Spinner]
I'm not a big fan of Vampire Weekend, but I liked this clip a bit. I enjoy most things that involve a member of the Wu
Not a fan of the song, but once RZA appeared the video had my interest.
I liked it. There's something Wes Anderson-y about it. This video is the first step in the Joe Jonas redemption program.
this is what a few hundred grand will get you. zzzzzzz

Joe Jonas is better off hanging out with these guys than Mike Tyson. Nice to see that Disney would let him out of the cage for a few minutes.
