“Untitled” (Live on Pitchfork TV) (Video)

Pitchfork is still unveiling some of the video footage they captured at ATP New York in September, and now has a Surveillance edition of a Bradford Cox solo song. The track is named (or rather, not named) “Untitled,” and was shot in a hotel room at Kutsher’s Country Club.

“Untitled” begins with some bright acoustic guitar plucking from Cox, who loops a few spidery riffs and then delivers a vocal that draws on his higher range. It’s not far away from the kind of material the members of the Sea & Cake have spent most of their careers finely sculpting into shape, just shorn of those fussy John McEntire beats.
