TV on the Radio are resuming touring duties following the sad and shocking passing of Gerard Smith last month. Here, they turn to the Nine Types of Light song “Will Do” for a performance on Jay Leno’s show, which demonstrates the introspective feel of much of that album. They’ve managed to breathe a little more life into this track in comparison to its recorded counterpart, with Tunde Adebimpe giving a supremely confident vocal performance that highlights his impressive range as the song unfolds. Also, dude looks super awkward when Leno bounds up to him at the end, which only makes him more endearing.
