Tokyo Police Club: "Wait Up (Boots Of Danger)" (Rostam Batmanglij Remix)
"Wait Up," from Tokyo Police Club's Champ, is a perfect song for remixing, because those "ooh ooh oohs" can be put over anything and still be catchy. Case in point: this Rostam Batmanglij remix of the song, which takes out the guitars and replaces it with some Super Nintendo R&B beats. This obviously isn't better than the original, but breaking the song down to some handclaps and the vocals is at least better than putting a fast dance beat behind it. Listen at P4K.
