Tokyo Police Club: "Little Sister" F. Orianthi (Queens Of The Stone Age Cover)

Earlier today, we posted what we thought was the best installment yet in Tokyo Police Club's ongoing covers project when they tackled Kelly Clarkson "Since U Been Gone." And a few hours ago, the Ontario natives dropped off another cover in their series by way of a perfectly gritty take on the already-gritty "Little Sister" by Queens of the Stone Age. It's an interesting choice for Tokyo Police Club, if only because they're covering a cover. Well, sort of. The QotSA version was inspired by Elvis Presley's track of the same name, which was written by the famous songwriting duo of Doc Pomus and Mort Shuman. In other words, be sure to keep this one in your memory if you're ever doing a seven degrees drinking game. It just might come in handy.

You can stream the track below. It might not be better than the Clarkson cover, but it's still pretty solid.
