Titus Andronicus: "Birdhouse In Your Soul" (They Might Be Giants Cover)

New Jersey punk firebrands Titus Andronicus are the latest band to hit A.V. Club's Undercover, the show where they pick covers off a master list. The band opted to cover They Might Be Giants' "Birdhouse In Your Soul," a song they make sound like their own, thanks to a Charles Bukowski sample at the beginning. It sort of gets pretty sloppy, but then again, the original was sort of a mess too. Check frontman Patrick Stickles' Amy Andronicus shout-out sweater. [AV Club]
