Tickley Feather: "Trashy Boys" (Video)

Paw Tracks signing Tickley Feather has released one of the most bewitching albums of the year in the shape of Hors d'Oeuvres. The “band” is essentially one person, Philadelphian Annie Sachs, whose otherwordly take on pop is perfectly represented in this clip for “Trashy Boys.”

Sachs combines drifty, heavily processed vocals with a clacking drum machine and a subtle melody on "Trashy Boys.". Her work is similar to fellow Paw Tracks artist Ariel Pink and the dazed pop of Nite Jewel, and Hors d'Oeuvres marks a considerable shift in production values from her self-titled debut.
