T.I.: "So Close"
Just because T.I. is locked up doesn't mean that his music is going to stay behind bars, too. What we have here is what's likely a leftover from last year's very disappointing No Mercy. Like plenty of tracks on there, "So Close" is filled with synth-heavy production and inspirational, don't-give-up messages from T.I. In other words, it's not terrible, but you can understand why it didn't make the final cut for the album. Oh and that awful "sung" hook you're hearing? Apparently (and thankfully) it's just a reference.
