These New Puritans released their third LP, Field of Reeds, barely a month ago. While the Americans were preparing for their Independence Day celebration, the London art rock group debuted a new song, "And It's Risen", during BBC Radio 1 session with Zane Lowe. The off album track could have easily been from the new record - with the piano leading the instrumentation and French horn serenading TNP’s pensive universe. But it was only finished the day before the quartet’s radio appearance (July 2). "And It's Risen" is a working title, but after the multiple blogosphere posts, the name probably won't unchange; somehow it sounds very much like a TNP song title.
