Them Crooked Vultures move fast—there’s already another album being planned by the band, who are eyeing a quickie follow-up to their eponymously titled debut record, which was only released in October 2009. The band played on Saturday Night live this weekend to promote its debut album.
The group specializes in stodgy no-frills rock, and that’s exactly what they deliver over these two tracks. The best part of Them Crooked Vultures' existence is having the chance to hear Dave Grohl back behind the drum kit again, although he also took the opportunity to flex his comedic sills on SNL (see below).
These guys are awesome.
