The Wombats: "Jump Into the Fog"
Well, this is a few districts away from "Let's Dance to Joy Division." It seems as though, in the interim between now and the Wombats' latest release, they've abandoned their bombastic post-punk leanings and done for something decidedly more epic and electro. "Jump Into the Fog," a track from their as-yet-untitled new album, which is due out Feb. 10. It's pretty overblown, with the band coming off a bit like a British version of the Killers here, but there's still some fun to be had, just because it isn't Brandon Flowers singing.
