'60s noise-rock appropriators War on Drugs are returning later this month with Future Weather, a new EP full of sprawling, droning tracks. The latest one from the set to leak is "The History of Plastic," an epic torch song that builds and builds and builds. These dudes still sound like Bob Dylan fronting the Velvet Underground, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Go to Pitchfork to hear it.
