The Walkmen hit Fox 5 in New York to promote their new album, "You & Me", on Monday and the results were awkward with a side order of painful. The anchorwoman engages in a brief interview with Hamilton Leithauser that seems to go one for five minutes too long (even though it’s a total of maybe two minutes), before she has an awkward exchange with the band’s keyboardist about Paul Shaffer. The band’s performance was pretty mellow, but then again the track they played, “All in the Water,” is a pretty subdued affair. You can watch the clip here.
