The Vaccines: "Teenage Icon" (Video)

On September 4, British indie-poppers The Vaccines will release their sophomore album, The Vaccines Come Of Age. Ethan Johns (Kings of Leon) produced the effort, and we've already heard (and seen) the Strokes-y "No Hope."

Now comes "Teenage Icon" and its punk-flavored sound. The accompanying video finds the band rocking out in a cramped elevator while lead singer Justin Young proclaims he's no teenage icon, a la Frankie Avalon. Do kids even know who that is nowadays? Maybe they're swinging for an older demographic. Decide for yourself below. [NME]
