The Twilight Sad: "Sick" (Video)
There’s a new LP from The Twilight Sad due in February, which is titled No One Can Ever Know and will be released on FatCat Records. To preview the record the band has released a video for “Sick,” which begins as a sparsely arranged acoustic track that slowly lifts into lighter territory as it progresses. The clip consists of black-and-white performance footage shot in the middle of dense woodland, where the only thing missing to complement the feel of the song is a roaring campfire. Still, this is full of promise for No One Can Ever Know, which seems to mark something of a sea change for producer Andrew Weatherall (Primal Scream, Fuck Buttons) who oversaw the recording.
