It’s been close to a year since the Ting Tings’ We Started Nothing was released in the UK, but they’re not done promoting it yet. Jimmy Fallon puts on a poor English accent and describes them as “my favorites” as he introduces the group on this clip, in which they perform a spirited version of “That’s Not My Name.”
The Ting Tings have recently been part of the Big Day Out festival in Australia and are set to head into a Paris studio to record a follow-up to We Started Nothing in the not-too distant future. Meanwhile, the ever-growing popularity of “That’s Not My Name” shows no sign of abating, with the song selling over 300,000 copies in the UK last year.
How hard is it to have one more musician on that stage to play their sequenced parts? I for one would appreciate them a lot more. Catchy song though. Gotta say..

I think there are a bunch of songs I like more off the album, but this is a catchy track. I bet ACB has only heard one song by this band though.
i love ka-ching ka-ching! they sound wonderful acoustic as well. it's amazing how big they got from being at glasslands to selling out terminal 5 in a little over a year. i still hate their fans though.
This is one of my favorite tracks off their album.
I was hoping Questlove and Black Thought would jump on this. It would have been way better.
jimmy fallon + crappy band = unfathomable levels of suck
