The Subways have had the unfortunate disadvantage of doing Brit-pop crossed with garage-rock at the same time as the Arctic Monkeys. Now that the Monkeys haven’t been around for a while, The Subways are starting to get some notice, mostly thanks to their new album, All or Nothing .

All or Nothing isn’t as good of a set as 2006’s Young for Eternity, but the album features a few infectious singles, of which “Shake! Shake!” is the highlight—the song booms and crashes sloppily between it’s hissing verse and shouty chorus. The song’s video finds the band banging the song out in a hotel room while being peeked at by fans, before the wall between band and fan is quite literally destroyed.
