It shouldn’t really be surprising to anyone with any familiarity with the band that the new video for Secret Machines’ “Atomic Heels” seems like it was created by someone who is stoned beyond belief—hazy images of lead singer Bradon Curtis are spliced with close-ups of instruments and clips of a woman lazily dancing. The song is pretty similar—a mish mash of different psychedelic sounds that sounds cooler as an idea than in reality (a mix between Brit-pop, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd).
