The Pains of Being Pure at Heart: "Heart in Your Heartbreak"

The Pains of Being Pure at Heart decicded to send us all a little ray of sunshine on this chilly fall afternoon. "Heart in Your Heartbreak" is the official release from the band's as-yet-untitled sophomore disc, currently slated for March 2011.

The track finds the band adding new sounds and generally not being afraid to, well, rok a little harder. There's guitar solos and Cars-y keyboards and a rock and roll herky-jerkiness you might not associate with a band who made their name by reaching out to the high school wallflower in all of our hearts.
