The retro simplicity and lo-tech effects of this video, directed by the Zellner Brothers, suit the handclaps and bells featured in the music. The band is stranded in a lifeboat with a black-tape mouth that sings using stop-motion animation, trying to get to shore where two people in costumes that make them look like villains in an early video game. But where the resemblance to The Life Acquatic becomes impossible to ignore is at the appearance of glowing crabs on the beach. Too bad they couldn't get Bill Murray.
